Forgot your freshOps ID or PIN?

What to do if you forget your Team App freshOps ID and/or Pin or think someone else knows it.

Steps

  1. Click Forgot freshOps ID or PIN? on the Login Screen

2. Enter your freshOps ID or your Email

3. You'll receive this email in your Inbox with your Credentials

Want to change your PIN?

You can't change your PIN in the Team App. Only your employer can change it. Ask them to set a new PIN for you. They do this in freshOps: Team, then your profile, then Team Member PIN.

Think someone knows your PIN?

Act straight away:

  1. Tell your employer or supervisor. Ask them to change your PIN.

  2. Email freshOps Support at support@getfreshops.com.

Tips for a safe PIN

  • Don't use easy numbers like 0000, 1234 or 9876.

  • Don't write your PIN down.

  • Use a different PIN from your bank cards and other apps.

  • A number you know well, but others don't, is easier to remember.

If that didn't work

If you still see "Invalid Login Credentials", check that you are using your newest PIN, not an old one. Then ask your employer to check your details. They can see your PIN on your profile in freshOps.
