Match freshOps Sites with Xero Tracking Options

Xero doesn't have sites. It has contacts, which are the businesses you bill, and one client can have many sites. A tracking category gives Xero a way to tell your sites apart.

For a Full explanation of Site Tracking and its benefits, check out this article: How freshOps site tracking works, and why it's worth setting up

Step 1: Choose your default Tracking Category

If you do not have any Tracking Categories yet, check out this article Before Connecting Xero.

If you have your Tracking Categories set up, select the corresponding Category that you'll create Site Tracking Options for.

Step 2: Pair your sites and tracking options

Auto-Pair will try to pair sites and tracking options using the Site Name if they are the same in both freshOps and Xero.

Drag-and-drop to manually pair the freshOps Sites with their Xero Tracking Options.

If a Site or Tracking Option is missing from either freshOps or Xero, you can import it into either software from the other.

Unpairing

To unpair a site and tracking option first select the (i) icon in the connections column and then click the "Unpair Connection" button. This will unpair the site and tracking option, making them available for use again.
