Step 3: Set up your Preferences:
Choose the Xero Payroll Calendar you use. freshOps will automatically sync the Start Date and the Frequency.
OPTIONAL: freshOps by default will export your team's Actual Hours to Xero.
This is the ideal solution if you find your team are consistently under the scheduled hours.
If you find they are regularly over, you may want to override the default and choose Pay By Scheduled Hours.
